The Marsh 241D coder is almost entirely maintenance free and has only one slowly wearing part - the printhead.
But we know accidents can happen and industrial products in tough factory environments occasionally get damaged and require spare parts.
The Marsh App has a really helpful built-in Troubleshooting Guide to assist you in identifying the possible cause of issues if your coder isn't working as you would expect. With its help, you can establish which spare part(s) you need to buy.
There only needs to be a few spare parts and all these are available to buy on our store here.
If you want to protect your production output by keeping some spare parts on hand, then we would recommend, if not an entire spare 241D coder, then at least a Printhead and a pack of Platen Rubbers for your coder's bracket.
