The Marsh 241D coder only works with Marsh ActiveCore™ ribbons.
The majority of flexible packaging and self-adhesive labelling coding requirements are for a black printed code, so for that reason, and to keep it as simple as possible for our customers, we offer one ink ribbon type that has been specially formulated to provide high print quality and strong adhesion to most flexible packaging and label substrates.
There are two grades of Marsh ActiveCore™ ribbons: the standard ribbon and the advanced ribbon. The standard ribbons are suitable for printing on most flexible packaging materials (general application). You can opt for the advanced version if the abrasion resistance of the prints plays a significant role in your products.
- Both standard and advanced ActiveCore™ ribbons are black and sold in a box of 24 rolls.
- Both ribbon is supplied in packs of 24 rolls which are 200 metres long, and available in the two widths to suit the two 241D coder models.
